"We knew that Sean's work was going to be amazing when we saw the pictures of his past projects on the company website! We had our fireplace converted to an electric unit, but it could not sit flush with the stone walls - which meant that it sat outside approximately 4 inches on the sides and top. Sean came up with a design to create a surround for the unit that would make it look as if it was part of the plan from the start. He did exactly that! He is a truly gifted, master craftsman whose work is so precise and meticulous, that we are beyond thrilled with what he has done to enhance our home!

"Sean remodeled our entire living room and kitchen including knocking down a wall between the two rooms and putting in a support beam. From the initial conversation, Sean was professional and displayed knowledge and confidence in his ability to do the job. Several other contractors evaluated the job and had no idea how to tackle it. In addition to his expert carpentry Sean has an amazing design eye. He suggested completely walling over a door (there were two leading to the back deck) which has turned out to be a homerun. Unlike many contractors, we did not have to hound Sean to be 'on the job.' Anyone who has worked with a contractor knows what I am talking about. He was on time and present everyday. If we had questions or concerns or even if we wanted a much more thorough explanation for why something had to be done a certain way, he was very responsive and always provided a detailed, sensible explanation of the process - many things came in UNDER budget but for the things that went over he offered a detailed breakdown. It may sound corny, but I write this with mixed feelings because on the one hand we'd like to keep Sean a secret for ourselves as we need more work done at some point and after the experience with him we won't use anyone else. But that would not be fair to an amazingly talented professional in a sea of sketchy operators."

"If you're looking to get a job done right the 1st time, call Sean Owens. I told him what I wanted done and went over it together, his suggestions made it even better. Also when he says he'll be there and starting at 7AM, you could set your clock on it.
His company remodeled my 2 bedrooms into 1 large bedroom with 2 large closets. Knocking down the connecting wall and putting in a header to support the load and hi hat ceiling lights. All the wiring, outlets and light switches where I wanted them. Finishing all the walls, spackled and ready to paint.
He also gutted my bathroom top to bottom. All my tweaks I asked was done before the walls went up, so no wasting time by redoing. His tiling work is superb! Most important, I'm a neat freak, everyday when he left he cleaned up and you could hardly tell he was there.
